Experts believe the results worthy of concern and recommend
that employers actively introduce flexible approaches to work with the staff.
However, data from this study are contrary to the other. In
a recent survey, respondents HR-managers were asked to answer one question:
"If they had the opportunity to start a career again, they would choose
the HR-sphere again?". 81% answered in the affirmative.
